Fees

Cash Payers

Weekly fees and Co-pays are due every Friday (before the next week's care) It is considered late after closing time.

Late Fees

If your payment is not received by Friday, on Monday there will be a $25.

More Late Fees

If your payment is not received by Monday, there will be another $8 added, per day.

Suspension of Care

By the 5th day, if your payment is not received, your care will be suspended until you are caught up.

Summer Activity Fees

Our summer calendar, for ages 5-12, includes 1 field trip per week. We will give you a copy of the calendar with fee totals. If your child does not pay, they will have to stay.

Late Pick Up Fees

If your child goes past their time slot, there will be a $8 late fee, per 15 min, starting after the first 5 minutes, that you are late. That fee is due the same day.

Needing Another Shift

If your child needs to stay a whole other shift and DHS has only covered you for one shift, you will have to pay out of pocket for that new shift (as long as I have the opening)

Drop In Fees

Drop in fees are due, the day before care. If your child does not come, you forfeit your payment.

Yearly Fees

If you're a cash payer or pay a weekly co-pay, this fee is due 30 days upon enrollment. It is 2 weeks of your child(ren)'s weekly fee. This fee
